The Virtual queue system does not work. We visited an ipswich Nando's yesterday. Scanned the QR code, enter details on the phone and it tells us we are NO.5 in the queue. Moments later it then tells us that the wait time is 120 minutes. Seems long but we decide to wait in the car. After twenty minutes we are now position NO.2, so we decide to leave the car and stand outside by the restaurant door. We then had a chance to talk to the lady at the door who has a handheld device. She checks when we ask how much longer and then tells us that we are position NO.6!!! WFH, we show her the website on our phone and it says NO.2 .She apologies and says the system is not working. We tell her we cannot wait any longer not knowing how long we would have to wait.This is bad for Nando's customer service.AT PRESENT WE WILL NOT BE VISITING ANY NANDO'S UNTIL THE LOCKDOWN IS OVER AND THIS BROKEN BOOKING SYSTEM IS FIXED. WE RECOMMEND OTHERS DO LIKEWISE.

28th Feb 2021 13:10 HRS A disappointment here at Nando’s Sunway Pyramid. The waitress unable to explain the menu items. I understood My orders took long time to deliver. And most importantly, a rodent was found escaping from Kitchen. A few customers spotted. Found a piece of plastic on my order Kindly improve on your quality and hygiene. Other well done ?? All staff working hard and restless work.

Nando's Nando's Nando's it is a manager name Charlotte with really big ears seeing her sniffing cocaine on shift in the toilet coming on shift and abusing the staff hope to god no pain customers go to the Nando's in Nottingham they use food from the floor saw or treat staff very bad and have no respect for each other in the building

Isn't it rather rich that a business that charges so much for so little is in support of a marxist organisation, hell bent on dividing the west?You'll not have my custom again.


Normally I would give 4 stars as have always liked going there but had a vegetarian delivery in lockdown that was great then thought I would order light lunch 3 starters £9.95 but realised after I’d been charged £17.40 the original price of each one if you don’t have 3 they asked me to rate them but can’t see it anywhere and not heard from them not sure if one star is a bit underrated but don’t like being charged wrong.

Absolutely crap to place an order online buck your ideas up or go bankrupt is all I can say!! Shocking should be as easy as booking on just eat. What a rubbish system to order!!!

Cannot order food from this restaurant since they force like filthy communists you to order using only Facebook or Google accounts online. I have no interest in either and won't ever have one, so therefore I cannot order food from this restaurant online. Disgusting and ridiculous.

Do not use the pay at table service with QR code. Since using this I have had multiple orders made with my card details, and even when I ordered a new bank card they could still make orders. So far I have lost over £100! - Avoid using Nandos online service too. Google it, you'll see how unsafe it is. Ive emailed them but they've ignore me

Delivery was somewhat delayed but the food was nice. Loved the butterfly chicken! ?

£1.55 FOR A CAN OF DIET COKE!!!!!!!! We ordered a takeaway via Deliveroo. Food was good - no issues there - but we were expecting a bottle of Coke for that price. But no - the menu states 330ml can is £1.55 - our mistake but an easy one to make. No one charges that much FOR A SINGLE CAN!!!

Invited me to a 2-3 hour long group interview (that I had to take the day off of work for) full of stressful team building exercises, videos about working for Nandos, and a one-to-one interview at the end.I came away exhausted, but then received a call later that evening to offer me a trial shift (already that feels pretty cheeky considering the intensity of the interview for a job on min wage).The trial shift (that I took ANOTHER day off of work for) was four hours long - and the place was directly across from my work place, and I could see it from the window. So it was really risky for me to be working there too. Anyway, I worked my butt off that night, and it was apparently one of the busiest nights they'd had in a long time.There were queues out of the door pretty much all night, and it was chaotic. But considering, I know I did a decent job.I was SO tired after the trial shift, and I was given free meal in exchange for the four hours I'd worked - so like, equivalent to a £34.80 order for one person lol.They got my uncomplicated order wrong, which whatever, it happens. They made it again, and when I got home I found that they had got it wrong again (lol). I went to bed pretty hungry but thought "well, at least that went relatively well"Well, they ghosted entirely, so I never heard from them again.So I spent time applying for the job, then hours in the interview process, then gave them four hours of my labour and time, missed out on two days of paid work... for nothing. Not even a courtesy call back. And to get my order wrong twice? Like I don't CARE but it just made me feel more insulted in a way. They followed through on nothing, and it cost me a lot by comparison.Of course the job market maintains an employer's advantage, but I hate how unprofessional they were to me, and how disrespected I felt, and how much they expected for a MINIMUM WAGE ROLE.They lost a returning customer in me, as I've never set foot in a Nandos since out of sheer principle, and refusing to support them as a company.

I came in recently just after the 2nd lockdown with my sister for a girls night out and we were very satisfied with the customer service that was provided. Very friendly staff and the food was delicious too! I will be coming again soon.
